Our mission
Kapstan was commissioned to conduct a carbon assessment of the two sizes of power plants installed by Idex. The aim is to rigorously assess their environmental benefits by quantifying the greenhouse gas emissions associated with each stage of the power plants’ life cycle, as well as those potentially avoided by replacing higher-carbon electricity with lower-carbon electricity in the French and European electricity mix. This study is based on the latest ADEME guidelines.
Their teams demonstrated a high level of professionalism, delivering outputs that were both concise and comprehensive. The analysis provided was remarkably clear, enabling us to illustrate the impact of the various components of our facilities and make informed decisions for the future of our projects.
